Painting of a tropical Bromeliad plant from the rainforest of Panama.
Bromeliads are plants that live on tree branches collecting rainwater in a cup formed by its leaves.
I lived in Panama for 4 years and was inspired by the tropical plants that thrive in the high elevation cool tropics (70 degrees year-round).
