Shipping & Returns

How is COVID-19 impacting shipping & production?  
Due to COVID-19, production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience!

How will my order arrive? 

 Our products are delivered in the following ways:  

  • Ground shipments- 1-2 piece orders of items 36x48” and smaller will ship UPS Ground
  • Freight shipments- multi-piece shipments of 3+ items may ship freight. All items larger 45x60 and 52x70 will be shipped via Freight

 

How long until I receive my order?

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 10 business days for production prior to shipping. We offer 3 shipping options: 

  • Ground (shipment time will vary based on location) 
  • 2-Day 
  • Overnight

  

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently we only ship within the continental U.S.

 

If there are multiple items in my order, will they ship together or separately?

Packaging of each shipment varies by order. Wherever possible, we will ship all items together. 

 

How can I track my order?  

You will receive tracking information from our team once your order has been processed. Please allow 5 business days for production prior to shipping.

 

What if there are issues with my order?  

Please keep the packaging your order arrived in. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us so that we can get it resolved as soon as possible. Email us at support@madeandcurated.com and include photos of any damage to both the box and the product itself. 

 

Changing or Canceling Your Order 

Orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure a timely delivery. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel any part of your order and we will do our best to accommodate. 

 

Returns 

We accept returns within 30 days from your delivery date. Submit a return request by logging into your account.

 

Refunds

We're eager to correct orders that are incorrect or damaged. Refunds can be issued for items you receive in error. To request one please submit a form by logging into your account. If you'd like a replacement item or an exchange instead, please submit a form with this specified and we will assist you!
