Ocean off Hatteras is an abstract painting of the waters off Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. The tumultuous waters of the Atlantic Ocean are known as the graveyard of the Atlantic in that region. The water, foam and movement is shown with blue-green colors on a raised texture.
