NO CUTTING CORNERS 6 GEOMETRIC PATTERN
This piece is a whimsical combination of an original hand-drawn geometric pattern and digital reworking to create the final layered, contemporary composition. I wanted to create a pattern with an urban vibe and a nod to simpler times, like playing with Lego or blocks as a child, when life was all about having fun and even the smallest of memories helped to build the people we were to become as adults. In a way, it’s a metaphorical reminder to do everything with purpose and to learn from each day, from each “building block” we encounter in life. It can be oriented vertically or horizontally, as preferred. And it's available in a range of alternate colorways to suit varied decor styles and palette preferences.
