Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood is considered one of it's best, not only due to its desirable proximity to Lake Michigan, but because of it's diverse population, rich culture, and deep history as evidenced in its historical buildings. This apartment building on the corner of Hollywood and Winthrop is over 100 years old and is considered a historic landmark.
