Theresa Bramblett

Theresa Bramblett was born in Miami, Florida in 1986 and attended art focused secondary schools. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Central Florida in 2007. In 2008, Bramblett relocated to Illinois and exhibited her work in Chicago and Oak Park. In 2010, she returned to the sunshine of Miami. Bramblett's Pieces Series is informed by the bright colors and high design of her hometown while addressing and exploring gender expectations in contemporary American society and culture. Theresa Bramblett currently lives and works in Miami, Florida.
