Synthia SAINT JAMES is a world-renowned self-taught multicultural multimedia visual artist – celebrating an over five decade professional art career.
She is a highly commissioned artist whose works of art include an abundance of paintings and architectural finishes such as ceramic tile murals, hand-painted murals, stained glass windows, elevator doors – all fabricated by professionals from her designs.
A sampling of her clients include the U. S. Postal Service (the first Kwanzaa Stamp design), Barnes and Noble, Maybelline, Coca Cola USA, Girl Scouts USA, House of Seagram, and AARP.
Over thirteen non-profit organizations, and seventeen colleges/universities have commissioned her paintings as well.
She has been an artist with the Art-in-Embassies Program since the 90s – her works of art have graced the walls of U.S. Embassies worldwide.
