About Ramona Ruth Allen:
As a Maine artist Ramona aspires to evoke a sense of the inspiration she gains from the rocky coast and the open sea. Her background in somatic therapy through a trauma-informed approach led her to appreciate the therapeutic benefits of art, both for the creator and the viewer. Believing in the expressive theory of art, her goal in every painting is to capture the hope, joy, and peaceful energy found in every living thing and make it a tangible experience for the viewer. Her work is currently enjoyed in private collections and through wearable fashion and home decor items.
