About Peter Foster:
Peter Foster is a geologist and world traveler who likes to capture stark black and white images of the natural and manmade world. Landscapes, abstract and wildlife are his most common themes. Peter has attended classes at the Houston Center of Photography, and his work has been featured in juried exhibits at galleries in New York City, Minneapolis, Dallas and Houston. Peter is inspired by the simplicity and composition of the great landscape photographer Ansel Adams and the many contemporary wildlife photographers of the year at the Natural History Museum.
