Miles Wolf

J. Miles Wolf is a photographic artist based in Cincinnati, Ohio, whose four-decade career reflects both artistic excellence and entrepreneurial vision. Trained at Tulane University, Wolf began his journey by hand-printing his own photographs and exhibiting at local and regional juried art shows, where his early success and numerous awards helped establish his reputation. Building on this momentum, he opened a photo lab and gallery, offering his renowned Cibachrome printing services to fellow photographers. His work is held in hundreds of private and corporate collections, including Cincinnati Bell, Procter & Gamble, Western & Southern, General Electric, and multiple regional hospitals. Wolf has presented numerous solo exhibitions, participating in all five FotoFocus events, and his photographs are included in the permanent collections of the Cincinnati Art Museum and the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History. Over the years, he has self-published ten photography books highlighting regional subjects, which remain popular in bookstores and online. Today, J. Miles Wolf continues to share his vision through three active websites that showcase the breadth of his photographic work.
