Matt Rissell – fisherman, videographer/photographer and advocate for marine science in the sport fishing world.
Matt lives for the adventure of capturing stories in new places throughout the world. Experiencing the beauty found far offshore and in coastal communities have shaped his life. He feels fortunate for a career that has made travel possible while deepening his love/respect for his home and community in Woods Hole, Massachusetts.
Matt has worked professionally in the fishing industry for 15 years. Planning locations and logistics, filming, editing and producing marine content for broadcast TV, streaming platforms and print.
