A Brazilian native from the city of São Paulo, Maria Clarice Sarraf expresses her modern figurative style in Chinese ink, watercolor and oil on canvas, mostly alla prima. She participated in national and international events, with special mention her NYC debut at the Gelabert Studios Gallery (New York, 2013), the III Trienal Internacional de la Acuarela (Colombia, 2009), VII Bienal Internacional de Acuarela del México (2007), Mon Brésil Brésilien (2005, France), 2a Internationale Biennale Neues Aquarell (2001, Germany) and a solo exhibition at Studio Bildende Kunst (2000, Germany).
