Marcia Ballou is a Collage Artist. She is inspired by color. By employing but deliberate and spontaneous appliqués she creates compositions that are enlivened by the unexpected combination of materials. The patterns create blossoms of textures on the surface of the painting. Marcia’s goal is to evoke joy.
