About Kourtney Roman:
Kourtney Roman is the owner/photographer of Empire Photography. Kourtney was raised in northern Maryland and studied Video Production at Middle Tennessee State University. She moved back to Maryland in 2016 and founded Empire Photography in 2020 providing photography and videography services to businesses.
While her main business service is Business and Property Photography/Videography, her passion is in capturing landscape and nature photography. Her style showcases her unique view of the world, a sense of realism as if you are seeing the sight with your own eyes, and a creative editing process that adds a layer of storytelling to an image or subject.
Outside of work you can find her in nature somewhere, with and without her camera, having margaritas with friends, or at an offbeat tourist attraction.
