About Katie Hoover:
Watercolor artist, Katie Hoover, is a Cincinnati native currently based in North Avondale. Her lifelong passion for drawing and painting flourished while attending DAAP at the University of Cincinnati. Originally a fashion-focused artist, Katie found her niche after attending a watercolor course and began to hone her skills in the soft, transparent medium.
