About Joanne Honschopp:
Joanne's studio is in the Pendleton Art Center, an eight story warehouse in Cincinnati's historic "Over the Rhine." From the top floor, huge windows overlook the urban beehive of inner city life. In the distance, across the Ohio river, the hills of northern Kentucky provide her a peaceful place to rest her eyes.
Joanne is fortunate to have been part of the original museum school at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, influenced deeply by giants of fine art such as Julian Stanczak.
After years of painting highly detailed still life, Joanne moved on to landscape and perfecting her own individual style. Now her specialty is Cincinnati scenes.
