About Hugh Sills:
Hugh Sills is a Massachusetts-based fine art photographer whose work explores quiet moments of atmosphere, light, and stillness throughout New England and beyond. His Photography is characterized by moody landscapes, wildlife, coastal scenes, and fleeting moments that often exist just before movement begins.
A U.S. Army combat veteran, Sills brings a sense of patience, observation, and awareness to his photography, allowing him to find compelling images in moments others might pass by. His work is shaped by an appreciation for the natural world. Through his photography, Sills seeks to invite viewers to slow down, observe, and experience the quiet tension and beauty within the world around them
