About Howard Ziff:
Howard Ziff is an artist in New York whose experience covers several generations of modernism and abstract expressionist painting. He creates large format acrylic on canvas work influenced by this seminal New York School of painting. He studied at the Art Students League in two separate periods the most recent in the late 2000 teens with several notable instructors. He now works out of his own studio. His experience in art was interrupted by business and life until the past decade to where his work reflects his muses Matisse and Pollock. He has been shown in several New York gallery shows and has sold to private clients, online and through high end design firms for commissioned work.
