Heidi Lowell

Heidi Lowell is a multi-disciplinary artist in Austin, Texas, who began creating art from a young age. Lowell’s focus as an artist is to explore the balance between predictable systems and chaos that exist in natural systems. Her work has been shown at Yellowstone Art Museum, the Old West Museum, and other galleries nationwide. Her work can be seen in hospitals, university collections, at nature preserves and on the cover of scientific journals. She has received awards from Minted & West Elm, the Georgetown Art Center, and for her cover art on the scientific journal the Biophysics Journal.
