About Héctor Soto:
Ekosaurio is an artist and designer from Puerto Rico based in Barcelona. He started at 15 years of age in graffiti where he learned to make letters. His passion for design and art led him to study Architecture, a master in Furniture Design (Elisava, Barcelona), a second master in Advanced Studies in Design (UPC, Barcelona) and a postgraduate degree in Branding (Seeway, Barcelona ). Despite never having taken private lessons on painting or drawing, Ekosaurio considers himself a completely self-taught artist. Currently, he uses aerosol and acrylic media to crystallize his neornamental vision through floral landscapes that allude to the culture and tropical warmth of his homeland, Puerto Rico. Find your inspiration in nature and everyday life. Through a cheerful, colorful and floral aesthetic, it builds a harmonious space in an environment where graphic elements, light and shadow prevail.
