About Fikry Botros:
Born and raised in Cairo Egypt, I moved to the US in 1978 and to Texas in 1982 after completing my PhD in Engineering at Columbia University in NYC. Based in Houston, TX, I spent my entire career in the oil and gas industry. I was a member of the Archway Gallery and the Koslov-Larsen galleries in Houston for 15 years and currently I am represented by the Portfolio Gallery in Paris, France. I specialize in both landscape and urban photography both in color and black and white. My work is held in corporate and private collections and has been exhibited in a number of galleries in the USA and Europe and published in numerous print and online publications.
