About David Thompson:
About me – artist, writer, and photographer based out of Tampa Florida. I love creating art which is a natural and important part of my life. I have spent a lot of time over the past forty plus years creating my works. I use a variety of mediums to create such as painting, photography, writing, and computers. I pride myself in the diversity of my works which have been published / sold worldwide.
I started my art career in the 1980s and by the 1990s had become known for my fine art and stock photography.
I have had a number of books / calendars published and my works have appeared in dozens of magazines and other media forms.
I was born and live in Florida (Lucky me) which has given me a great appreciation for the natural world and is the foundation from which my creativity springs from. Locally (Tampa Bay) my works have appeared in coffee shops and galleries.
