About Ambika Thiagarajan:
Ambika Thiagarajan is a Southern Californian Visual Artist who indulges in palette knife seascapes and landscape Artwork. She is constantly inspired by the coastal and natural beauty around her that drives her to express these visuals in an Abstract manner.
She take photos during her travel or even from simply a morning walk down the hill and returns to her studio to paint it. Within this painting, she include the actual visual experience of it, the imaginative component from her mind and the emotional sentiment of the moment. Memories really draw her and help her create the feeling and the journey through it rather than just what it just looked like. Landscapes and seascapes are what guide this process of abstraction.
